RETURNS:If your item arrives defective or broken we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. You will not have to pay shipping charges to send any broken item back. Just email a picture to us at sales@giftsforhimorher.com, and we’ll send you a replacement, or, we will send you a pre-paid return label.. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of any broken or defective item, so we can personally handle your replacement or refund. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM BEFORE CONTACTING US.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) if the item is returned in it’s original packaging. Returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
